Good: Customers with a
'good' profile normally have some or all of the following:
- an excellent history of employment, residential status and banking
- never 'missed' or been late with credit account or mortgage payments
- no CCJ's or black marks against their name

- a fair history of employment, residential status and banking
- been late with some credit/mortgage payments
- a high level of debt and frequently applied for credit

Poor: Customers with a
'poor' profile normally have some or all of the following:
- a poor history of employment, residential status and banking (often
tenants)
- late or missed payments with several credit/mortgage accounts
- a high level of debt and frequently applied for credit
- CCJs and defaults
