The car is Factory made by Ford, Boreham, England as rallycar. Its a RHD car bought new by Jonakie D. Sugiarto, son of departed President Sugiarto of Indonesia.
He started his rally carrier in a Ford Sierra RS and after this he bought a Ford RS 200 rally car whith chassis 160, it was totaly crash.

Afterwards car no. 162 was delivered to him in the beginning of 1988.
First rally whit 162, was in April 1988, about 500 km total in Indonesia, after this rally car got repairs at Gordon Spooner in England for 20.000 Pounds, The second rally was 200 km total, of this 100 km special stage.

The car was total crash in this rally and come back to England, by Jumbo jet. Participating in the last rally was John Taylor, Ford and David Sellers, employed by Graham Hattorway.

The car was bought for rebuilding by Poul Sachmann, Fredericia, Denmark on April 11 th 1989.

After rebuilding, it stand in Jørgen Strøjer car collection. ( Støjer collection, Vedstaarup, Denmark ) In March 2003 it was bought by car collector and rally driver Per G. Hansen, Ringsted, Denmark
